Planndu is designed around a simple principle: your productivity data belongs to you.

Your tasks, notes, reminders, projects, and personal content are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to Planndu servers.

Planndu does not require account creation or login to use the app. Since your data stays on-device, we do not have access to your tasks or personal information.

To improve app performance and usability, Planndu collects limited anonymous analytics.

Analytics are restricted to non-personal usage metrics such as feature interactions, button clicks, session duration, and basic performance measurements.

We do not collect, transmit, analyze, or store your tasks, notes, reminders, or any content you create inside the app.

Analytics data is used solely to understand how the app is used and to improve reliability, usability, and performance.

Any communication between the app and our services is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS and Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Since task data remains on-device, transmitted data is limited to anonymous analytics and essential service requests only.

Your productivity data is stored directly on your device using the operating system's secure storage mechanisms.

Because your data is not stored on Planndu servers, deleting the app or clearing app data may permanently remove locally stored information unless you create your own backups.

Planndu employees and systems cannot access your tasks or personal data because it is never transmitted to our infrastructure.
