How do I download Planndu?
The app is free to download on the Play Store and App Store.
Is the app free to use?
Yes! You can use the basic features of our app for free. To unlock premium features, you can subscribe to one of our paid plans.
What's included in the free version?
The free version lets you create and manage tasks. You can sort, drag and drop, search, add reminders, set priorities and status, use the Pomodoro timer, and access a few free templates.
What do I get with the premium version?
Premium users gain access to advanced features such as repeating reminders, customizable Pomodoro timer, all templates, colorful themes, import, export and integrations.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your tasks never leave your device unless you explicitly export them yourself. By deleting the app or clearing the cache, all your tasks will be permanently deleted, we recommend exporting your tasks before doing so to avoid losing any data.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes, of course! The app is designed with offline-first functionality, allowing you to keep working even without an internet connection.
How do I report a bug?
You can report bugs by emailing contactus@planndu.com. Attaching screenshots and including your device model would be very helpful.

What payment methods do you accept?
We support all payment methods accepted by Google Play and Apple Pay.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account settings.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Google or Apple account settings. Premium access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund by contacting App Store / PlayStore support within the allowed refund window.
